The research on preparation of alkyl fluorenecarboxylic acid by Grignard reaction

摘要 以9,9-二己基-2,7-二溴代芴和干冰为原料,无水四氢呋喃为溶剂,在一定条件下通过格氏反应制备了2,7-二羧酸-9,9-二己基芴,收率58%。探讨了反应原料、引发剂、溶剂等方面因素对反应的影响。 9,9-dihexyl-fluorene-2,7-dicarboxylic acid was prepared from 2,7-dibromo-9,9- dihexyl fluorene by Gri gnard reaction under appropriate conditions. The yield reached 58%. Some factors affecting the reaction were studied.
