摘要
超低温大容量平底双胆式液化气体贮罐,其安装工艺及采用的氩弧焊双面对称焊接技术,处于世界领先地位,并由一家法国公司技术垄断.通过我们在宝钢三期5#制氧机工程和宝普液化气工程的施工实践,不仅全盘吸收消化了这一先进技术,而且有所创新与发展.为正在建设的宝钢6#制氧机和国内外同类贮罐工程施工,提供了成熟经验.
The installation techniques and ITSW(Inert gas Tungsten arc Symmetrial Welding)applied to the flat based, two fold LST(Liquified gas Storage Tank)have been in the leading position in the world. It is used particularly to No.5 oxygeneration of the tertiary project Baoshan Iron and Steel Corp. and the Baopu LST. In our practice, we have not only grasped this advanced techniques but made a break through. This provided ripe experience to the engineering of the BISCO No.6 oxygenerator and like projects both at home and abroad.
