摘要
凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin具有抑制细胞凋亡和调节细胞周期作用，可选择性高表达在大多数恶性肿瘤中。最近研究表明Survivin过表达与肺癌发生发展、较差预后、放化疗抵抗相关联。Survivin可能成为恶性肿瘤早期诊断及基因治疗的靶点。
Survivin has an ability to inhibit cell apotosis and regulate cell cycle. It is selectively over- expressed in most human neoplasmas. Recent researches have shown that survivin over expression is associated with the carcinogensis, development,poor prognosis and drug/radiation resistant of lung cancer. Survivin may become a target of early diagnosis and gene therapy for malignant tumors.
