摘要
目的对长白楤木根、茎、叶中所含总黄酮的含量进行测定。方法采用紫外分光光度法于360nm波长处测定。结果总黄酮在4.08~32.64μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为:A=0.0183C+0.0127,R^2=0.9992;平均加样回收率为100.63%(RSD=1.93%)。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于长白楤木的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the total flavonoids in roots, stalks and leaves of Aralia con- tinentalis Kitagwa. Methods The total flavonoids in roots, stalks and leaves of Aralia continentalis Kitagwa were determined by spectrophotometric method at 360 nm wavelength. Results Sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 4.08 ~32.64 μg/ml,and the curve was A =0.0183C +0. 012 7, R2 =0. 999 2. The average recovery was 96.2% and RSD was 1.42% (n = 6 ). Conclusion This method is easy and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Aralia continentalis Kitagwa.
