综述香菇多糖的提取、分离、鉴定、生理活性及应用等研究进展,为香菇多糖在医药和保健食品领域的开发利用提供一定的理论依据。
This paper reviews the research progress of extraction, separation, identify, research progress and application of lentinan, with a view to providing some theoretical basis for the development and application of lentinan in medicine and health food industry.
