摘要
后压浆技术通过预置的压浆管向拉底、桩侧压入一定量的水泥浆液,团结桩底沉淤物和桩侧泥皮,故可提高桩的承载力。北京世界金融中心工程采用这一技术,并严格控制各项参数,达到了减少桩数、节约费用的目的。
The filling pile with post-pressure grouting technology has been developed as follows: through prearranged grout pile-tubes, a certain amount of cement is pressed and grouted into the side and end of the tubes and eventually these deposites could be set and consolidated firmly so that pile's bearing capacity would be surely promoted considerably.The Beijing World Finance Centre project has been completed with this techology through strict control of its various parameters.As a result, the numbers of piles are reduced and the cost of construction is fairly saved.
