摘要
医学院校的医德教育应多渠道、多途径、多方式地展开。注重正面灌输、典型示范导向、专业课渗透、制度规范约束、实践锻炼、校园文化熏陶、网络引导等多种途径和方法进行医德培养教育,不仅有利于医学生的成长成才,而且对于他们上岗后改善医患关系、提高医疗服务质量会起到重要的推动作用。
Different kinds of methods and models should be used in medical ethics education. The emphasis of medical ethics education should be put on positive implantation, infiltration of professional courses, typical demonstration, institutional restrain, social practice, the influence of campus culture, network conduction and so on. Those methods are propitious not only for the development of medical students, but also for the improvement of the physician-patient relationship after they work. They also play an important role in improving the medical workers＇ service quality.
