摘要
分析了新时期高等学校大学生的特点及传统的高等学校学生管理工作的不足,引入了人性化管理的理念,指出了引入人性化管理的必要性和积极作用,在分析研究的基础上提出了人性化管理的实施措施。
The characteristics of college students in the new period as well as the disadvantages of the traditional student management work are analyzed. It is proposed the concept of humanized management and the necessity of the introduction as well as its positive influences. On the basis of the analysis and research, the implementing measures of humanized management are put forward.
