摘要
企业的社会责任在形成与承担的过程中,不是企业的单独问题,而是一个社会整体的伦理氛围问题。除了企业内部小的伦理气候之外,还有一个社会的大的伦理气候的问题,这一社会环境会直接影响到企业责任的小气候。正是在这个意义上,建构和谐社会的共识,对于企业责任有着重要的影响和意义,而企业责任对于和谐社会,也有着重要的促进作用。
The formation and assumption of enterprises＇social responsibility is not the exclusive task of the enterprises alone, but also a problem concerning the ethical climate of the whole society. Besides the micro ethical climate within enterprises, there is also a macro social ethical climate, which affects the micro ethical climate enterprise responsibility. In this sense, the common understanding of con- structing a harmonious society is of great influence and significance to enterprises＇ responsibility and enterprises＇ responsibility can contribute to the construction of harmonious society.
