摘要
基于对精馏、精馏流程以及热集成特性的分析,本文提出了将知识与算法相结合的方法用于合成具有热集成的精馏流程。将问题的求解分成三个层次来完成:即初始流程及基本结构的产生,精馏系统内的热集成以及精馏子系统与过程系统的热集成。其中包含对简单塔、复杂塔以及各种热集成精馏结构的处理,包括:热泵、热偶、多效、中间换热器等。知识与算法的有机结合使得按照本方法能够产生最优的具有热集成的精馏流程。
An approach Combining knowledgebase and rigorous algorithms is proposed for the synthesis of heatintegrated distillation flowsheet.A strategy of three levels is adopted for the problem solving:the generation of initial flowsheets and structures,the heat integration within the separation subsystem,and the integration between the separation subsystem and its background process.Simple column,complex column and various heatintegrated distillation structures such as heat pump,thermally coupled,multieffect and intermediate heat exchanging are simultaneously considered.The equipment and operating parameters of the proposed flowsheet can be generated with this approach.
