摘要
风险分析是国际上公认的食品安全管理理念。发达国家纷纷建立以风险分析为核心的食品安全宏观管理模式,并在食品安全政策和标准制定以及解决食品国际贸易争端中发挥着重要作用。在借鉴欧盟食品风险分析经验的基础上,提出建立我国农产品风险分析管理机制的建议。
Risk analysis is a worldwide accepted tool for food safety management. Developed countries have established food safety management patterns focusing on risk analysis, which plays an important role in making policies and criterions on food safety and resolving international trade disputes. By drawing on the experiences of the European union on risk analysis, to put forwarded advice on establishing management machanism of risk analysis for agro-products.
