摘要
目的了解吸烟者手和烟用接装纸细菌污染状况,以便掌握细菌污染对吸烟者健康的危害。方法采用棉拭采样法和直接取接装纸,对吸烟者手和接装纸进行细菌学检验。结果经对100名吸烟者手检测,吸烟者手细菌污染超标率为87%,大肠菌群检出阳性率为16%;经过卫生清洁之后手卫生质量均可以达到合格要求。用肥皂流动水洗手后,吸烟者手卫生合格率达到100%,未检出大肠菌群。成品烟接装纸污染细菌超标率为8.0%,未检出大肠菌群;经吸烟者右手反复触摸卷烟过滤嘴30 s后,接装纸细菌污染超标率增加到32.0%,大肠菌群检出阳性率为8.0%。结论吸烟者手上细菌污染严重,烟接装纸经吸烟者手接触30 s污染明显增加,可能成为疾病传播潜在因素。
Objective To know the bacterial contamination of smokers＇hands and paper of filter tip of cigaret, in order to understand smokers＇health hazard associated with bacterial contamination. Methods Cotton swab sampling and poper of cigaret filter tip were used to examine the bacteria on smokers＇hands and paper of filtertip. Results Examination of 100 smokers＇hand showed that the rate of bacterial contamination exceeding the allowable limit was 87% and the positive rate of coli - group was 16%. The rate of bacterial contamination exceeding allowable limit on paper of filtertip was 8.0% and no coli -group bacteria was detected. After washing hands with soap and flowing water, the sanitary eligible rate of the hands reached 100% and no coli- group bacteria was detected. After a smoker without washing hands touched the cigarette filter tip for 30 seconds, the rate of bacterial contamination exceeding the allowable limit on the paper of filter tip increased to 32.0% and the positive rate of coli - group increased to 8.0%. Conclusions There is serious bacteria contamination of smokers＇hands, and contamination of paper of cigaret filter tip increased significantly after touch for 30 s by smokers＇ hands, which can be the potential factor of disease transmission.
