摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定正糖胶囊中大黄素的含量,以控制该制剂的质量。方法采用大连依利特(C18,250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱分离虎杖、何首乌中大黄素,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:15)为流动相;流速为:1ml/min,检测波长为254nm。结果线性范围为0.054～0.27μg。2,3,5,4/-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的平均回收率为99.45%,RSD=1.20%。结论试验方法简便易行,测定结果准确、可靠,重现性好。
Objective To determine the content of emodin in Duqiang Tongluo Vinum by HPLC. Methods A method was established by HPLC on C18 column,with methanol-0. 1 Phosphoric Acid（85： 15）as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The line range of emodin was 0. 054-0. 27μg. The average recovery rate was 99.45%, and the RSD was 1.20%. Conclusion The method was simple and rapid, the results are accurate and reproducible.
