摘要
在湿法炼锌生产中,pH值在浸出过程中的控制好坏不仅直接影响到锌焙砂的浸出量和浸出率,而且还制约着后续工序的产量和质量。而pH值中和过程中高度非线性,一直是控制界的难点。本文针对这一问题提出了把基于预测函数控制的非线性PID控制,用于湿法炼锌的pH过程控制中,以提高浸出过程中pH的控制精度。并与传统的PID控制进行了实验仿真比较。
During the course of wet zinc metallurgy, the pH value not only effects the leaching quantity and leaching yield of the zinc calcine, but also restricts the output and the quality of subsequent working procedure. The PH value is highly nonlinear, it is the difficulty in control. This paper uses nonlinear PID controlling based on the prediction functional control for pH process controll in the wet zinc metallurgy in order to increase pH controlling precision. The paper compares it with traditional pH controlling based on experiment simulation.
