摘要
随着现代化工业的不断发展,pH检测与控制已广泛运用于各个领域。pH在线检测与控制是湿法炼锌中一个重要的技术,介绍了锌浸出过程中pH在线检测控制系统的组成及其应用,同时分析了系统中存在的问题,并提出改进方案。此在线检测控制系统值得大力推广。
With the development of modernization industry, on-line pH measuring and control system has been widely used in various fields.It is an important technique in zinc hydrometallurgy.The components and applications of the system in zinc lixiviation soak process are introduced.The existing problems in such system are analyzed, and related improving strategies are put forward.The result shows that this on-line measuring and control system is worth to be popularized.
