摘要
目的了解男性心力衰竭患者性激素水平与心力衰竭之间的关系。方法临床诊断为慢性心力衰竭患者共108例。年龄65～89(73.4±8.6)岁,超声心动图检查左室射血分数(LVEF)≤0.45。同期观察健康老年人120例作为对照组。结果心衰患者睾酮、FT、雌二醇明显降低(P<0.05)。LH、FH差异无统计学意义,SHBG水平显著增加(P<0.05)。FT水平与左室射血分数呈正相关。雄激素水平明显降低与心衰程度呈负相关。结论对于老年男性心衰患者,补充适量的雄激素,有可能改善心功能,从而改善患者的症状和预后。
Objective To study the relationship between the level of male hormone and heart failure in male patients. Methods 108 chronic heart failure patients were selected. The mean age was 65-89 （73.4 ± 8.6 ） years old. Left ventrieular ejection fraction（LVEF） was less than 0.45 according to eehoeardiography. At the same time ,observed 120 healthy elderly people as a control group. Results Testosterone/FT/Estradiol in heart failure patients was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant between LH and FH. The level of SHBG is increase significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of FT and LVEF was positively correlated. The level of androgen significantly reduced and had negative correlation with the degree of heart failure. Conclusion Add appropriate amount of androgen may improve cardiac function for old male patients with heart failure, so as to improve the patient＇s symptoms and prognosis.
