摘要 目的观察白藜芦醇(Res)对阿尔茨海默病(AD)小鼠记忆和抗氧化能力的影响。方法采用D-半乳糖联合氯化铝构建AD小鼠模型。Res治疗组在造模的后60 d灌胃Res(22 mg/(kg.d),44 mg/(kg.d),88 mg/(kg.d))。跳台实验观察Res对AD小鼠记忆能力的影响,测定血清和脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果AD模型组学习和记忆能力下降,血清和脑组织GSH-PX、SOD活力下降,MDA含量明显增多(P均<0.01);Res治疗组学习和记忆能力升高,血清和脑组织GSH-PX、SOD活力升高,MDA含量减少,与AD模型组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论Res对AD小鼠认知功能具有一定保护作用,并能改善AD小鼠的抗氧化能力。 Objective It is to observe the influence of Resveratrol (Res) on memory and antioxidation ability in Mice with Alzheimer's disease (A D). Methods AD Mice models were established with D- galactose united with aluminum chloride. Res treatment group was treated with Res intragastric administration whose dosage was 22 mg/(kg· d), 44 mg/(kg·d) and 88 mg/(kg·d) respectively after establishing model for 60 days. The influence Of Res on memory ability in AD Mice was observed with step- down test. The activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH- PX) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and brain tissue were measured. Results In AD model group, the learning and memory abilities lowered, the activities of GSH- PX and SOD lowered and MDA content increased obviously (P〈 0.01 ). In Res treatment groups, the learning and memory ability heightened, the activities of GSH- PX and SOD heightened and MDA content decreased, and there was significant difference compared with AD model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Res has determinate protective effect on cognitive function in AD Mice and can improve antioxidation ability.
