摘要
人们从自然界中筛选得到的能利用木糖发酵生产乙醇的酵母菌中,树干毕赤酵母具有很大的优势。它不仅可以发酵木糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖,而且可以发酵纤维二糖和木二糖;同时培养基中没有生物素和硫胺素也可正常发酵,并且它发酵木糖的乙醇转化率较高几乎接近理论值0.51g/g。主要讲述了环境因素如培养基成分、pH、温度、乙醇浓度和底物浓度、通氧量大小等对树干毕赤酵母发酵木糖生产乙醇的影响。
Among the xylose-fermenting yeasts for ethanol production , Pichia stipitis was considered as the best microorganism for industrial application, it can utilize a wide range of sugars, inctuding xylose, glucose, mannose, galactose, and even some disaccharides, such as cellobiose and xylobiose. Furthermore, there was no absolute requirement for biotin and thiamine in the fermentation with a high ethanol yield( near to the theoretical yield 0.51g/g).The objective of the present work are to study the effect of medium composition, pH, temperture,the concentration of ethanol and substrate, and aeration rate on the xylose fermentation by Pichia stipitis.
