摘要
亢害承制论是运气学说的主要内容,也是中医学理论中的重要组成部分。它所揭示的是一种在自然界的物类生存过程中普遍存在着的生化和制约的现象。五行生克制化、阴阳对立互根、系统科学、自然现象、人文天地无不隐含亢害承制这一自然规律。文中对亢害承制的自然观、生理观、病机观、治疗观和实践观进行了论述,指出中医学的亢害承制理论对于指导中医临床现代化发展具有重要意义。
The theory of ＇restraint subsequent to disorders caused by unrestrained excess＇ is the essence of the doctrine on yunqi （five successive evolutive phases corresponding to five elements） as well as an important part of the theory of Chinese medicine. It reveals a phenomenon about growth, transformation and restriction that commonly exists in the natural world. Interpromotion and interrestraint of the five elements, opposition and mutual basement of Yinyang, system science, natural phenomena and cultural phenomena are all governed by this theory. This article approaches the theory of ＇ restraint subsequent to disorders caused by unrestrained excess＇ from the viewpoint of nature, physiology, pathogenesis, therapeutics and practice, pointing out its significance in the development and clinical modernization of Chinese medicine.
