摘要
观察比较了川芎嗪及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对缺氧致大鼠离体大脑皮层细胞脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明,缺氧可使大脑皮层细胞悬液(5×10^(6)/ml)脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平显著增高(P<0.01);川芎嗪(10^(-4)mol/L)及外源性SOD(500kU/L)均能抑制缺氧所致的LPO水平增高,与缺氧对照组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01和P<0.001)。结果提示,川芎嗪对缺氧致离体大脑皮层细胞脂质过氧化损伤具有一定的保护作用。
In this study, the effects of ligustrazine and superoxide dismutase (SOD) on lipid peroxides (LPO) in cerebral cortex cells of rats suffering from hypoxia were examined. The results shows that the LPO level in the hypoxic group was remarkably higher than that in the control group (P<0. 01), and that administration of either ligustrazine (10-4 mol/L) or SOD (500 kU/L) could significantly suppress the rising of LPO induced by hypoxia (P<0. 01 or P<0. 001). This suggests that ligustrazine, similar as SOD, may protect the cells from lipid peroxidation induced by hypoxia.
