摘要
为了研究三相磨料射流切割加工的工艺参数对加工效果的影响以及对加工机理的解释,运用喷嘴直径为0.3mm的前混合三相磨料射流系统对Q235钢板和普通玻璃进行了切割加工试验,加工的工艺参数包括气体压力和靶距。对Q235钢板进行了针对靶距和气体压力的单因素试验,发现气体压力对材料的去除量影响很大,气体压力越大,去除量越大;靶距越大,去除量越小,但是变化比较缓慢。气体压力和靶距之间的交互作用很微弱。通过试验数据建立了金属去除量和驱动气体压力的数学模型,对三相磨料射流切割加工技术应用有参考意义和实用价值。
In order to study the pre-mixed 3-phase abrasive jet cutting process parameters, some experiments had be done, the materials of work piece are Q235 steel and common glass, the diameter of the nozzle is 0.3mm. The date of such experiments shows that the gas pressure is the key parameter, pressure is higher, the velocity of the abrasive particle is higher, so that the metal removing rate is higher; the gap between the nozzle and work piece is longer, the metal remove is lesser but the effect is not very much. The two parameters that gas pressure and the gap has not compactness relationship. The experiment function which relate the metal removing rate and gas pressure has been made up by those experiment data, the function could be used to choice the suitable gas pressure in the actual cutting process.
