摘要
目的了解男护生现状及探讨其带教对策。方法对男护生的心理应对能力、职业态度、人际沟通能力、职业角色和工作的积极性进行分析。结果男护生的现状分别为心理应对能力、人际沟通能力和积极主动性欠缺,职业态度、情感方面不稳定等。结论在临床带教中要注重对男护生的心理支持,帮助他们认识自身价值、稳定专业思想;通过沟通、交流、安慰和开导,激发他们学习兴趣,使其增强责任感,充满自信和安心地实习。
Objective To investigate the present situations of male nursing students and explore the strategies for teaching them. Method The present situations of male nursing students were analyzed and the strategy was worked out on nursing clinical teaching. Result Among the male nursing students, there existed lack of the coping ability, interpersonal communication and learning activeness and un-stability of profession attitude and emotions. Conclusion In clinical nursing teaching for male nursing students, psychological support should be given to them to help them recognize the self value, and stabilize their professional attitude. By way of communication, comforting and instruction, their learning interests can be aroused, their sense of responsibility enhanced so that they can plunge into their learning with confidence.
