摘要
通过对褪色的干制辣椒种子及组织的分离培养,得到4种真菌的菌株,分别为Acremonium sp.、Alternaria sp.、Cladosporium sp.和Fusarium sp.。采用刺伤法将这4种真菌接种到转红期的健康辣椒果实上,初步发现Acremonium sp.和Fusarium sp.可混合侵染引起辣椒红色素丧失。
Four isolates of fungi,Acremonium sp. ,Ahernaria sp. , Cladosporium sp. , Fusarium sp. have been isolated from the seeds and tissues of de-pigmented dry hot pepper by tissue isolation. Stabbing the above-mentioned 4 fungi onto the rubescent and healthy fruit of hot pepper in greenhouse,Acremonium sp. companied with Fusarium sp. are discovered to make haematochrome loss.
