摘要
设计了三轴简易机械手,其控制系统以ATmega16单片机作为核心控制器,实现机械手的控制,以PWM控制和驱动直流电机作为动力源,作为手臂的升降、手指的抓取动力,用红外光电传感器和微动下开关判断物体的存在和物体受力控制,确保物体在搬运过程中的安全。
The paper introduces the electrical design of simple three axes mechanical hand. The system takes ATmegal6 MCU as the central controller to achieve the algorithm and control of the mechanical hand. It takes the PWM control and the DC-motor as the driver of the hand. It takes the infrared photoelectrical sensor and the inching switch to estimate the ohject is exist or not. It can assure the safety of the object what be transported, especially to the crispy object.
