摘要
研究国产非洛地平对麻醉大鼠血流动力学的影响，并与硝苯地平相比较。结果发现，国产非洛地平可使收缩压（ＳＢＰ）、舒张压（ＤＢＰ）和平均动脉压（ＭＡＰ）下降，其中ＤＢＰ下降最显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），降压时伴ｔ－ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０５），而反映心肌收缩性能的ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ、Ｖｐｍ和Ｖｍａｘ无明显改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）；硝苯地平降压时，ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ、Ｖｐｍ和Ｖｍａｘ同时减少。提示，国产非洛地平通过扩张小动脉、降低外周阻力，产生降压作用。
The effects of domestic felodipine on the hemodynamics in anesthetized rat were studied in comparison with nifedipine. Felodipine(1.25,2.5mg/kg) could markedly decrease systolic blood pressure (SBP)、diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and mean arterial pressure(MAP),the descending of DBP was more significant than that of SBP (P<0.01). The decline of BP accompanied by the curtailment of t-dp/dt max (P<0.05),but the changes of dp/dt max、Vpm and Vamx,which reflected the myocardial contractive function,were much smaller or insignificant(P>0.05).When nifedipine (2.5mg/kg) decreased BP,dp/dt max、Vpm and Vmax were also diminished.The results indicate that homemade felodipine descende BP by dilating arterole and declining peripheral resistance.
