通过对各类图书馆隐性知识的概括,阐述了图书馆隐性知识的内涵;分析了图书馆隐性知识管理的实质及可行措施,强调图书馆加强隐性知识管理的重要性。
This article has summarized each kind of tacit knowledge of library, and expounded the intension of tacit knowledge of library. Secondly, it has analyzed the essence and feasible measure of tacit knowledge management of library, and emphasized the significance that the library reinforces tacit knowledge management.
