摘要
在新时期高速发展的阶段,图书馆作为从事知识与信息的搜集、组织、服务的组织机构,要积极利用知识管理理念,借助于现代信息技术建立新型图书馆知识管理及服务模式,以实现知识的增值发展,更好的为读者服务。
In the new period of high-speed development stage,the library works as an organization integrated of knowledge and information collection,service.By actively making use of the concept of knowledge management and relying on the help of modern information technology,a new type of library knowledge management and service model should be established to achieve knowledge value-added development and better serve readers.
