摘要
目的探讨运用MTT法测定秋水仙碱在体外是否具有抑制G422胶质瘤细胞生长的作用。方法采用MTT法测定经小鼠体内传代的G422胶质瘤细胞标本对6种不同浓度秋水仙碱的体外敏感性。结果不同浓度的秋水仙碱对G422胶质瘤细胞株的生长均有一定的抑制作用,瘤细胞生长抑制率随着药物浓度增大而呈增高的趋势。结论秋水仙碱在体外具有抑制G422胶质瘤细胞生长的作用,为下一步体内实验提供了理论依据。
Objective To evaluate the sensitivity of colchicine to the G422 glioma cell in vitro with colorimetric MTT assay. Methods In vitro, sensitivities of 6 different concentrations of colchicine were determined by MTT method in G422 glioma which spread generation in the mice body. The G422 glioma cells were plated in 96-well tissue culture plates and incubated for 48h with colchicine. Results The growth of the G422 glioma cell can be restrained by 6 different concentrations of colchicine. The rate of restraining growth of tumour cell increased with the concentrations of medicine. Conclusion The growth of the G422 glioma cell can be restrained by colchicine.
