摘要
当前我国高等工科学校在创新型科研人才培养方面存在忽视基础教学工作、急功近利的不良倾向。应当重视和改善基础教学工作,如重视对学生科学兴趣、科学精神和科学方法的培养;加强数学教育,提高学生数学素养;建立健全科技创作特长生长效培养机制等。只有从基础工作做起,长期坚持,才有望在十几年或几十年后培养出我国的科学研究大师。
Neglecting fundamental teaching,seeking quick success and instant benefits are the harmful tendency currently in domestic engineering higher education.It is necessary for cultivating innovative scientific researchers to pay much attention to and improve fundamental teaching,for example,cultivating student's science interest,spirit,and scientific method,strengthening mathematic education,establishing and consummating enduring working mechanism for talented students' cultivation.Masters of sciences may be brought up after decades only if fundamental teaching receives due attention and continuous devotion.
