摘要
为了探讨Fas/APO1在泌尿系恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用,采用免疫细胞化学方法对6种泌尿系肿瘤细胞,膀胱癌(T24,EJ,BIU87),肾癌(GRC1,RCC949),前列腺癌(PC3M)和一种原代培养正常肾间质成纤维细胞Fas/APO1分子的表达进行了检测。结果显示原代培养正常肾间质成纤维细胞和T24细胞系Fas/APO1分子表达较强,PC3M属中等强度表达,RCC949与BIU87属微弱表达,而EJ及GRC1则不表达。Fas/APO1在泌尿系恶性肿瘤培养细胞中的表达强度偏低或完全不表达,可能参与了泌尿系恶性肿瘤的发生和发展。
To explore the role of Fas/APO1 in the occurrence and progression of human urinary malignant tumors, expression of Fas/APO1 was tested with immunocytochemical technique in 6 kinds of urinary tumor cell lines consisting of bladder cancer (T24, EJ, BIU87), renal cell carcinoma (GRC1,RCC949),prostatic cancer (PC3M) and a primary in vitro cultured normal renal fibroblast. The results showed that expression of Fas/APO1 was strong in T24 cell line and in primary in vitro cultured renal fibroblast, medium in PC3M cell line, weak in RCC949 and BIU87 cell lines and negative in GRC1 and EJ cell lines. Expression of Fas/APO1 in malignant urinary tumor cell lines was relatively low or negative which may be related to the occurrence and progression of urinary malignant tumors.
