摘要
本文报告了壳聚糖及其敷料对创面促进愈合作用。试验采用浸渍有一定浓度的壳聚糖纱布，包扎在创面上；又以壳聚糖为成膜剂，掺加抗菌药物，制成敷料，敷在烧伤创面上。两种试验结果都表明，壳聚糖对创面有明显的促进愈合作用。
The paper presents the chitosan and its dressing in promotion of wound heal-ing. Inthis experiment, the gauze speeped with a certain concentration of chitosan solu-tion and the dressing with the chitosan film blended antibiotic drug were used to the wound. It has been shown that the chitosan has deirable function in promotion of wound healing.
