生物活性肽对水上运动员训练期生化指标的影响 被引量:2

The Effects of Bioactive Peptide on Aquatic Sporters' Biochemical Indexes in Training Phase

摘要 将专业水上运动员按项目随机分为对照组和实验组,强度训练照常。实验前和实验后5周对受试对象的血液生化指标进行测试。结果显示,补肽组血睾酮水平比对照组显著提高,血色素水平也有显著提高,补肽组尿素氮显著下降,血清肌酸激酶亦下降。实验所选生物活性肽可促进蛋白质的合成,促进骨骼肌损伤组织的修复以及减少细胞内肌酸激酶外渗的作用从而达到提高运动员的耐力水平和抗疲劳的作用。 The aquatic sporters were randomly divided into two groups respectively:control group and bioacrive peptides supplementation group. Daily training, food and medication were similar for all athletes. The biochemical Indexes were monitored in a 5- week same program of training. Data demonstrated that bioactive peptides supplementation group had an increase in cyclic total testosterone level and haemoglobin serum level; and a decrease level in serum creatine kinase and RUN. Our preliminary conclusions suggest that bioactive peptides supplementation may help repair the injured skeletal muscles and prevent exercise--induced protein degradation; it may also protect the integrity of cellular membranes to avoid intraeellular creatine kinase leaking and eliminate exercised-- induced fatigue.
