摘要
德宏旅游起步早,发展不理想,少数民族地区旅游业发展需要一支综合素质高、业务能力强、具有地方特色的旅游专业人才队伍。通过问卷调查、访谈法,对德宏旅游人才现状的问题进行了分析,旅游人才总量不足,高层次,急需人才少,中缅旅游人才缺乏,组织建设薄弱。提出了加强组织建设力度,以产学研结合搭建旅游人才培养的平台,关注急需人才的培养与旅游高等教育的合作办学,建设一支旅游意识强、管理水平高、业务素质硬、服务态度好的旅游从业人员队伍,为德宏旅游二次创业提供人才保障。
