摘要
将竹子与稻米结合起来,开发一种新型保健食品──竹香米。竹香米的开发,基本上分两个步骤进行:首先是竹汁的提取,其次竹汁渍入大米中加工而成。目前,湖南的洪福牌竹香米已行销各省市。
Bamboo-flavoured rice is a novlty of health-care food,and can be produced bythe following two steps: first,to extract bamboo juice from bamboo,second,to soak bamboojuice into rice. At present,the bamboo-flavoured rice of Hongfu brand in Hunan has beenwell sold into each province of China.
