摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取阔叶箬竹叶挥发油,用乙醚作溶剂多次萃取,利用气相色谱-质谱分析,共鉴定出45种化合物,占色谱总流出峰面积的62.36%,其中相对含量较高的化合物主要是烷烃化合物(29.15%)、己醛(11.20%)、苯甲醇(3.26%)、5,6,7,7а-四氢化-4,4,7а-三甲基-2(4H)-苯并呋喃酮(1.94%)、2-己烯醛(1.92%)、棕榈酸(1.75%)、苯乙醇(1.71%)、苯甲醛(1.62%)、α紫罗兰酮(1.34%)及2(3H)-苯并噻唑酮(1.25%)等。
Essential oils were extracted from Indocalamus latifolius leaves by steam distillation. Ether was used as the solvent to extract volatile components many times. Volatile components were analyzed by GC/MS. 45 components are identified , which amount to 62.36% of the total peak area, and their main components are alkane (29.15%), hexanal (11.20%), benzyl alcohol (3.26%), 5,6,7,Ta-tetrahydro-4,4,Ta-trimethyl-2(4H)-benzofuranone (1.94%),2-hexenal (1.92%), n-hexadecanoic acid (1.75%), phenylethyl alcohol ( 1.71% ), benzaldehyde ( 1.62 % ), (E)-4-( 2,6,6-trimethyl-2-cyclohexen-l-yl)-3-buten-2- one(1.34%) ,2(3H)-benzothiazolone(1.25%), etc.
