摘要
介绍了以皖南低档茶叶为原料,经沸水浸取、沉淀分离和沉淀转化等步骤制取茶多酚的新工艺,所得茶多酚的纯度可达99.5%以上。
In this paper is introduced a new process for preparing tea-polyphenols from South Anhui inferior tea by boiling-water extraction, precipitation separation and precipitation transformation, etc. The purity of the tea-polyphenols can reach over 99. 5% by weight.
