摘要
当前我国社会中普遍存在政治冷漠现象,而农村妇女的政治冷漠尤为甚之,主要表现为她们政治参与的自主性和自觉性较低,不参与和消极参与的程度高。其原因主要在于,妇女在经济上处于从属地位,政治效能感差,缺乏利益驱动,传统政治文化和落后教育水平的影响,生育和家务负担重以及组织化程度低,等等。为此,必须提高妇女的经济地位,加强宣传,强化妇女组织功能,加大对妇女的制度保护力度。
Political indifference is ubiquitous in present China. Rural women are particularly politically indifferent. They are less conscious and enthusiastic in political participation. Most of rural women do not participate in political life at all. Those who do participate usually do so negatively. Their political indifference could be attributed mainly to their subordinate economic status, the sense of political inefficiency, lack of incentives, influence of traditional political culture and poor education, heavy burden with housework, and lower level of organization. Accordingly, great efforts should be made to improve their economic status, strengthen oublicitv.give full play to the organizations of rural women, and improve institutions to protect women.
