摘要
当今我国民主政治建设并不是十分令人满意,最突出的表现就是公民政治参与的不足,政治冷漠情绪严重。本文从中国传统政治文化角度分析,指出公民政治参与不足的历史原因。认为要建设好民主政治,应在发展社会主义民主政治物质基础、培育公民社会、加强制度保障、运用良好的民主技术等方面打好基础。
Today, the reality of China＇s democracy is not very satisfied esp. political participant is not enough and the political indifferent emotion is very serious. This article show the reasons from China＇s traditional political culture. In order to establish democracy well, we should lay a solid foundation from the following aspects： developing material base for socialist democracy, cultivating civil society, strengthening security sysem, applying good democratic techniques etc.
