摘要
在企业运行中,实际上存在一个"企业-用户-政府"系统。其中,研究开发和服务活动之间的相互作用是激励创新的一种途径。本文首先以4个实例对此展开论述,对主体、环境和功能要素给以界定,然后运用"创新系统要素联动方法"加以分析。这里,联动(linkage)是指系统要素间持续的交叉作用。
In process of enterprise operation, there is a system of enterprise-government-consumer in which interaction between R＆D and service activities is a way inspiring innovation. Firstly, this paper discusses the interaction among the main body, environment and function actors with four cases, and secondly, analyzes it with the linkage method among the actors mentioned in a innovation system. Here, term linkage refers to the sustainable interaction among the actors in the system.
