摘要
介绍了CM3系列高性能塑料外壳式断路器(MCCB)。通过对MCCB的ADAMS模型的仿真分析,改进参数和设计,提高了产品分断可靠性和分断体积比。通过导电回路的优化解决温升问题,实现了产品的小型化。CM3系列还具有节能环保、过载报警不脱扣、倒进线不降容等特点。
CM3 series high-performance moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) was introduced. Based on the analysis and simulation of MCCB' s ADAMS model, the parameters and design were improved, also the breaking reliability and the ration of breaking current to volume of the products were enhanced. The miniaturization of products were achieved by optimizing the conductive loop to solve the temperature rise problem. CM3 series also features with energy-saving, environmental protection and does not trip when overload alarm, not reduce capacity when back in-line.
