摘要
为了掌握油气悬架的动力学性能,针对工程机械油气悬架的结构特点和工作原理,利用ADAMS/hy-draulics模块,建立了油气弹簧的机械动力学分析软件(ADAMS)模型,对其主要性能进行仿真研究,并利用台架试验结果验证了模型的合理性;同时建立了液压系统的ADAMS模型,获得车身升降控制参数的主要特性,为油气悬架的设计开发和参数优化提供了新的技术途径和可靠的理论依据.
In order to grasp dynamics performance of hydropneumatic suspension, based on the structure characteristic and the working principle of hydropneumatic suspension of engineering machinery, the thesis has set up the ADAMS model of hydropneumatic spring with ADAMS/hydraulics module, researched chief performance by simulation, and validated the rationality of the ADAMS model with the trial result of bench test. The thesis has also set up the ADAMS model of hydraulic system, and obtained the chief performance of height setting of vehicle body. The thesis provides a new approach and theory basis for design and parameter optimization of hydropneumatic suspension.
