摘要
目的:探讨武警部队转业干部焦虑、抑郁状况及其与A型性格的相关性。方法:随机抽取312名武警部队转业干部采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和A型性格问卷进行问卷调查。结果:武警部队转业干部焦虑、抑郁评分与国内常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);焦虑与A型性格有明显的相关性(r=0.359,P<0.01),抑郁与A型性格无相关性(r=0.215,P>0.05)。结论:大部分武警转业干部存在焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,且焦虑与A型性格有关。因此,应通过有效的心理支持及行为干预,减轻他们的焦虑及抑郁状态。
Objective To explore the relationship of anxiety and depression with type A personality in veteran armed police officers transferred to civilian work. Methods 312 veteran officers were randomly selected to be investigated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, 5elf-rating Depression Scale （SDS） and type A behavior pattern questionnaire. Results The scores on SAS and SDS differed significantly between the veteran officers and the norm group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Anxiety was markedly related with type A personality （r = 0.359, P 〈 0.01 ） while depression was not（r=0.215, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions A majority of veteran armed police officers transferred to civilian work have negative emotions including anxiety and depression and and the former is associated with type A personality. Effective psychological support and behavior intervention should be provided to relieve those negative emotions.
