摘要
历时30年的本科办学历程,大理学院积累了丰富的办学经验,明确学校现状,确立正确的办学指导思想,总结丰富的教学改革与建设经验,改革人才培养模式,培养高素质应用型人才,实施人才强校战略,强化本科教学队伍的建设,抓好学科建设和科研工作,促进本科教学质量的提高,坚持德育为先,促进学生全面发展,培育特色,坚持走特色发展之路,是提高本科教学工作水平的重要途径。
In a span of 30 years, Dali University has accumulated noteworthy experience in teaching undergraduate courses. The university, quite clear in mind about its status quo, has set correct guiding principles for its further development, summed up wide experience in teaching reform and construction, and has restructured student-training mode for high quality output of applied talents. It adopts a strategy of talent-spurred advancement, stressing faculty members＂ teaching performance, well planning disciplinary development and scientific research programs, and advancing the teaching of undergraduate courses. The university consistently keeps the moral education as the top priority in fostering students＂ overall developments. And it tries its best to nurture its shining points and go its own way, so as to effectively improve the teaching of undergraduate programs.
