摘要
地方院校公共选修课存在以下问题:公共选修课总量严重不足,总体质量不高,个别院校选修课充斥着简缩版专业课,结构也不尽合理,公共选修课中“通论”、“概论”等入门性课程太多。学校自身局限性是造成上述问题的首要原因,校内制度导向则加剧了问题的严重性,因而地方院校要加强相关方面的制度建设,用制度来保障公共选修课的建设,着力打造一批精品公共选修课。
The public elective courses in local institutions have following problems ： its quantity, its structure,its quality and what not. In addition, there are many abbreviated versions of professional courses in public elective courses,and ‘introduction＇ , ‘general＇ courses of them are too many. Many problems consist in inner limitations, but institutions＇ systems have exacerbated these problems. The institutions should focus on the building of higher quality public elective course.
