摘要
突发性水污染事件通常都具有较大的危害性,往往威胁到人们的生命和身体健康,给经济和财产造成重大损失,为社会带来不稳定因素。本文根据我国应对突发性水污染事件的现状,在研究总结已有成果的基础上,进一步探讨了我国应对突发性水污染事件亟待加强的措施,提出应进一步完善配套法规,建立有效的应急协调机制和可靠的环境监测预警预报体系,进一步加强监测队伍建设和监测能力建设,同时加强信息的宣传与沟通。
The accidental water pollution accident generally has greater harmfulness, and may cause heavy casualties and serious economic losses, then products the social unstable factors. Based on the countermeasure situation of accidental water pollution accident in China, the paper discusses the countermeasures by summarizing the existing results. The measures contain that perfecting laws and regulations, building the effective emergency coordination mechanism and credible environment monitoring prediction system, enhancing the monitoring personnel and capacity, and strengthening the propaganda and communication of information.
