摘要
在环境监测系统中开展资质审查是对各站现场测试能力、人员素质、实验条件和管理、质量保证及任务完成情况等五方面进行考核，持资质合格证开展监测工作。
A qualification examination was carried out to local environmental monitoring stations so as to evaluate their capability of field measurement,personal quality,conditions and management of laboratory,quality assurance,and progress of monitoring work.It has played an important role in strengthening team construction and improve the monitoring quality.
