摘要
稀土铝酸盐发光粉因其具有很好的发光性能,在水性发光功能涂料领域中有着广阔的发展前景,但稀土铝酸盐发光粉易水解的缺点是其在水性发光涂料应用中的最大障碍。由此,稀土铝酸盐发光材料的耐水性研究已成为近年来国内外学者研究的热点课题之一。文章在分析了稀土铝酸盐发光粉水解机理的基础上,综述了对其进行耐水性改性、表面包覆处理的方法与技术的研究现状,指出了其存在的问题和今后的发展方向。
The aluminate phosphors will bring successful applications widely in the field of water-borne coatings with the luminescent function because of its nice luminous efficiency, but the shortcoming of hydrolyzation for the aluminate phosphors should be the biggest obstacle used for the water-borne coatings. Therefore, the research on water resistance of phosphors becomes one of the hot spots recently at home and abroad. The paper focused on discussions of the status quo of modifications on water resistance, preparation technology of surface encapsulation on the basis of the hydrolyzed mechanism of phosphors in water, and pointed out existing problem and the development tendency.
