通过GearTrax和Solidworks软件结合,完成渐开线内花键传动轴建模的尝试,建立了齿轮、花键类零件精确三维实体造型的一套可行方法,为机械设计人员实现类似设计提供了启示.也为后续CAM/CAE的精确性提供了保障.
Through an attempt that completing model of the involute spline shaft with the Gear- Trax and Solidworks ,built a set of possible ways for precise three - dimensional solid model of the gear, spline, achieved a similar design inspiration for mechanical designers. Provided a guarantee for accuracy of the follow - up CAM/CAE too.
