摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的发展,基建规模越来越大,高校基建管理进入风险管理阶段。当前高校基建面临的风险主要有外部和内部资金风险,出现风险的原因有对基建风险认识不到位、高校发展规模定位不科学、高校领导班子责权利定位不科学、基建内部控制机制不完善等。控制高校基建风险必须要树立风险管理理念,采取有效措施,确保高校基建活动顺利进行。
With the development of higher education, the scale of infrastructure construction in universities has become larger, the management of which thus entered the stage of risk management. At present, the risks that infrastructure construction is facing are capital risks both external and internal. The causes for the risks are inefficient knowledge of the risks, unscientific orientation of university development, ambiguity of rights and responsibilities of the leading group and imperfect controlling mechanism. The building of the concept of risk management is essential to risk control of university infrastructure construction. We must take effective measures to ensure smooth progress of the infrastructure construction.
