摘要
通过对建国以来我国高校内部领导体制演变的分析和国外高校内部领导体制以及我国高校与企业内部领导体制的比较 ,明确提出 ,高校实行党委领导下的校长负责制是在总结建国 5 0多年来高校实行各种领导体制的经验教训的基础上提出的一种全新的领导体制 。
This paper analyzes the development of collegiate internal leadership systems both at home and abroad after 1949 and compares collegiate leadership systems with enterprise ones.It points out that system of president assuming responsibility under the leadership of party committee is a completely new leadership system based on different leadership systems of more than 50 years.It is the exorable choice of reform of collegiate internal leadership system.
